Ultrasonic leak detection is used to sense the ultrasound—a high frequency, short wave signal—that’s created by compressed air and gas leaks. This highly sensitive method allows Energy Edge Technologies to use headphones and meter readings to locate costly leaks in pressurized systems, regardless of the type of gas being used. In addition, we can determine the exact amount of gas being leaked and how much the leaks are costing the facility. Once located, we can quickly identify the cause of the leak and remedy the problem swiftly and cost effectively.
