Don has been actively engaged in the energy efficiency industry for several years and has performed sales, survey, finance, and administrative services in a variety of sectors, including General Electric manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and others. Don’s primary focus is building exemplary customer relationships as he works in a close consultative role. He also handles electrical system surveys, measurement and verification of project results and post-installation client communications.
Don first became interested in the concept of deriving “free money” through energy innovation in the 1970’s when he worked with and advised clients in the business of designing and installing cogeneration systems for industrial applications. He learned that reducing energy consumption through energy efficient technology was an excellent way of achieving bottom line improvement for clients.
In addition to his training and experience in the energy industry, Don holds a degree in accounting and two law degrees from the University of the Pacific, JD and LLM. This provides Don with a unique perspective that allows him to advise and consult his customers to help them quickly and cost effectively reduce their operating expenses through energy cost reduction with a minimum investment of time and resources
